A frozen smoothie breakfast bowl, is a delicious (and healthy!) treat you can make the night before for breakfast! No need to have to take out a million pans and cook a giant breakfast. These can hold you over through the morning while also giving you plenty of energy.
-What You Need-

(About 6 Servings)

-1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk

-1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

-1 cup Frozen or Fresh Strawberries

-1 Banana

-1/2 cup Blueberries

-Juice from 2 mandarin oranges

-Blender

-Air Tight Container
-What You Do-

Put all of your ingredients in the blender and blend until it’s a creamy consistency.

Then pour it into an air-tight container, and freeze over night.


Take out in the morning and let it thaw out for about an hour, before serving.
